Our company provides private security services in the areas of human resources, technology, training, and consulting, with the purpose of protecting life, peace of mind, rights, and assets of our clients. By virtue of the value that caring for people has for our company, an occupational health and safety policy has been developed addressing the following points:

  • Comprehensive and sustainable development: Promote long-term development, expressed in a socially beneficial and responsible management of occupational health and safety.
  • Regulatory compliance and voluntary commitments: Rigmerously comply with active legislation and applicable regulations.
  • Prevention and mitigation: Prevent occupational illnesses and work accidents in the processes of our mission. Ensure that everyone involved performs their work safely, executing what is planned according to procedures and instructions.
  • Continuous improvement: Improve and secure management, continuously reducing risks and significant negative social impacts through the periodic review of objectives, goals, standards, and methods.
  • Commitment and responsibility: Achieve commitment and safe behaviors through constant training, internal/external communication, and operational control.

Training & Development Policies

The general management of our company, with the aim of improving the labor competencies of our collaborators, establishes the following training guidelines.

General Objective

Generate organizational competencies through concrete training plans and programs designed annually, consistent with our company's mission and strategic objectives. This implies fostering new professional attitudes and behaviors at all levels, adapted to technological, methodological, or organizational changes in the environment.

Annual Plan Methodology

We generate an annual training plan using the following structural methodology:

  1. Detection of training needs based on competency gaps.
  2. Design and planning of the detailed work program.
  3. Rigorous execution of the training.
  4. Evaluation of results and impact.

Policy Guidelines

  • Annually, in conjunction with each manager, a diagnosis of needs will be made based on competency gaps.
  • The program will consider activities directed to all sectors of the company and set an annual training budget.
  • Transparent selection objectives will exist for both training organisms and applying collaborators.
  • Attendance must be previously authorized by the direct supervisor.
  • Unjustified absence directly affects the budget since enrolled courses are active company costs. Unjustified absences will be analyzed before considering employees for future training and reported to management for performance reviews.
  • All training actions must be confirmed and authorized at least four days in advance.

Objective
